SETTING WI-FI ON YOUR ANDROID PHONE

Step 1:

1. Download the opera version12  to your memory card.click here to download or 
2. copy opera version12 from the computer to your phone memory card.

Step 2:

1. Install opera  
2. Open the opera you have just installed in your phone; in the address bar type the following: opera:config 

Step 3

Step3:

1. Scroll down to proxy.
2. Enter your IP Address and the port in this format 192.xxx.X.1:8080 at this points:FTP,HTTP,HTTPS 
3. Click save. 
4. Turn off your phone then back again.
5. Switch on WI-FI then open your opera browser.
